Today I was checking my mail. I had two messages. I read one and then the other. When I had finished reading the second, I went back to the list of messages. The last one that I read was still highlighted as if I had not read it. The little mail sign at the top of the page will not go away, neither will the highlight over the read message. I tried opening it several more times to see if that would help but it didn't. I hope this makes sense!

In your case, is this mail considered as a "Club Mailout"?


For example, a director of your club has sent a club mailout to each and everyone of you.. 3 hours have passed (making a club mailout is only possible ONCE in every 3 hours) and you havent visited the game again to check on ur puppy, mail, etc. And your club leader or one of directors (different to the other one who did the first one) again made a club mailout.. The moment u entered the game, that will make the conflict into ur mailbox..


To remove the "new mail" symbol at ur profile, open ur club mailout and delete the recent mail till you see the mail made by the other person from ur club (you will know that it is a new mail or unread mail coz they are on bold style).

Ok I just tried it and it worked. It was kind of wierd though, because I started getting a whole bunch of club mailouts from others that I had never read before. Thanks for your help!
