I buy the 100 rubies so I can get 50% off on the house and store. But after I buy them I don't get the 50% off. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It needs to be fixed

Prior to ur problem, i have questions to ask..
Do you regularly buy rubies from the game? Like, there is a promo that 200% of the rubies u buy will be added to ur club treasury.. You participated and bought more than 100 rubies.. Right after that day, the promo changes to 50% discount on stamps and house.. You do not have to buy 100 rubies again to participate in the new promo coz promos are activated to those players who bought 100 rubies for the last 2 days

I usually don't buy rubies for the promo for the club thing. I did buy rubies the other day and it worked for me so I guess it's fixed. Thank you though
